Terms and Conditions (for purchases on xChange)

Security Policy

We take your financial security, and ours, very seriously. The xChange shopping cart is hosted on a secure internet server, with a an SSL certificate from Thawte (www.thawte.com).

During your transaction we encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not store credit card numbers or card security codes after the transaction has been completed.

Support Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, xTuple does not provide support for third-party products.  For xTuple-licensed offerings such as Extension Packages, consult the individual product listing for support options.  Typically, since Packages will often be loaded into an existing implementation of the free PostBooks Edition of xTuple ERP, xTuple is not in a position to provide regular helpdesk support – as xTuple and/or its partners were likely not involved in the initial implementation of the software.  For these situations, we offer bundles of premium support hours, which are more akin to implementation consulting and troubleshooting.  Please contact xTuple sales for more information on this offering.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise indicated in a particular listing, all products on the xChange are sold “as is,” with no guarantees or warranty expressed or implied, and all sales are final.
