XTN - The xTuple Network

XTN is xTuple's Remote Server Management Service. We'll take care of some of the chores of managing your xTuple ERP database, from automatic installation of software upgrades, to automated off-site backups, to database tuning.  Each level of the XTN service also includes a time allowance for xTuple to "clean up" any user-created data problems (we know, it happens to everyone!) as well as any necessary tweaks to custom reports and scripts from version to version.

The three tiers of XTN are as follows:

XTN-Basic

The entry level for the XTN (xTuple Network) service offers the following services:

  • All xTuple ERP upgrades applied automatically
  • One hour of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $2,000/year

XTN + Backup

The mid-level XTN service, XTN+Backup, offers the features of the Basic package, plus:

  • Adds offsite backup 5 nights/week
  • Five hours of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $5,000/year

XTN Premium

The top level of XTN service, XTN Premium, offers all the features of Basic and XTN+Backup, plus:

  • Periodic database tuning/optimizing
  • Ten hours of data cleanup included
  • Cost: $7,500/year
