The xTuple Customer Success team needs a solutions-driven Onboarding Engineer (OE) to deliver expert guidance and input during the presales process and when leading the onboarding and software implementation of new customers. We need someone who understands our mission of ensuring the ongoing success of our customers through a coherent and smooth onboarding process as well as ongoing, high-quality training and support.
The Onboarding Engineer at xTuple partners with the Sales lead as a technical resource during the presale stages of Discovery and Demo. The OE helps convey how the xTuple application addresses prospect pain points and needs by distilling complex technical concepts and assisting the Sales lead with tailoring the demo experience. Post-sale, the OE facilitates a smooth transition for new customers, ensuring a successful onboarding and software implementation within a 90-day window. Post-onboarding, the OE continues to be a resource to the customer as needed.
